amNY features Yoga in the Park class

Yipeee…

Did I just say that? Yup! 

In today's edition of the AM New York, the class I lead EVERY Sunday at Cooper Park, in association with Makara Studio and Down to Earth Markets, has been featured on their Health Calendar. 

As the newspaper stated, donations are suggested and we'll be there every Sunday at noon (weather permitting). For this vinyasa style class, bring your own mats, towels, water bottles and sensibility for fun and exploration.  Oh ... bring a friend or two as well. 

Come get your asana practice on with me outdoors, then pick up some great seasonal products at the market afterwards.
