YogaCity NYC feature on Yoga + Food Fridays

What up, Yogis?  I've been lucky enough to lead classes at Makara Studio during their Friday Yoga + Food series. The congregation of Yogis, ready to end their week with a fun asana flow, then sharing of stories, laughs and chatter over a wonderful meal is a prime way to get in the community, meet people and find a spot away from home you can call "home."
