Last night, there was yoga, dancing and feel good vibes at Workout Factory in Long Island City. House Party 3.0 jumped off with a gang of yogis flowing on and off their mats with classic tracks as the backdrop to a night of asana action. 

Special shout out to my co-host for the evening, Dina Ivas, who made everyone "roar" and delivered another memorable sequence to get everyones appetite primed for post-yoga libations. Big thank you to Giuseppe for the vino and Jim Catapano from Yoga City NYC for covering the event. The biggest hugs and grandest thanks from Dina & myself go to the crew that showed up to get DIRTY with us on their mats. To everyone who came through... MUCH LOVE FROM US, TO YOU!
