![]() Starting this Saturday, August 2nd, I'll begin a run of weekly classes at Makara Studio. Hannah Harpole is leading a beautiful retreat in Montana, so in her absence, I'll lead her Intermediate & Advanced Vinyasa classes. The dates: August 2nd, August 9th and August 16th ... from Noon to 1:30 pm. If you are dropping in, classes are $15. You can also catch me there weekly on Fridays, from 4 to 5:30 pm, for a donation based vinyasa class. Show-up and give what you can... then completely show-up for the Fun-Friday invigorating, pre-weekend class. Keep it going through the weekend with me on Saturday and Sunday too. Check out the schedule section of the web-site for any updates. FYI: Sundays at Cooper Park. That's right ... noon to 1:15 pm, donation yoga at the park with the fine peeps at Down to Earth Markets. Peace, Vic

![]() To all the yogis that showed up on Sunday ... THANK YOU! All of you are the reason why Sunday is such a fun-day in Brooklyn. We'll continue our series of vinyasa classes every Sunday this weekend, in association with Down to Earth Markets & Makara Studio, as part of our joint effort to bring wellness to Cooper Park. The market features tastings, seasonal fruits and vegetables, pantry staples, plants and other great items, will be open from 11:00AM to 4:00PM. Here's a Google Maps LINK for directions. The Yoga class will begin at noon. Bring your own mats, towels, water bottles -- friends & family -- and make sure to wear comfortable clothing. Try to get there 10-15-minutes prior to sign-up, as we'll meet in front of the farmers' market stand, or join the group of yogis with their mats rolled out inside the park. Remember, these classes are donation based, and will be weekly on Sundays (weather permitting) through September 28. Check out my schedule page for any and all info regarding where and when I'll be teaching. Peace out, homies! -Vic ![]() Today at Makara Studio, show-up, take off your shoes and stick around for two invigorating Vinyasa Yoga classes led by me to get your weekend off on the right foot. At 4:00 pm, I teach my weekly donation based class - 90-minutes of vinyasa flow with a tad of restorative. Later tonight, from 7:00 to 8:30, I'll close-up the shop with another vinyasa class. Drop-in rate for the second class is $15. Join the party, kick it with me on Friday and enjoy the rest of the weekend. NOTES:

When's your first yoga event? WHAT?!
