Friday, March, 31st 8:30-9:30pm at Workout Factory in Long Island City (just minutes from Manhattan). 

Calling all you East End boys and West End girls...Dina and Victor are at it again!  They're taking you to back to the 80s, when New Order, Depeche Mode, The Human League, and Erasure were dance-floor fixtures at downtown clubs.  With their smooth swaths of synths and digital-drum machines, these bands' dreamy electronic textures were made to move to.  So, if you're looking for a fun way to spend your Friday night, and Just Can't Get Enough yoga and neon, join the party!  They'll be post class antics including dancing barefoot in your leggings and sipping some special libations.

Prolific. Regal. Incomparable. Nasty. Charitable. Enigmatic. The recent loss of Prince drove a stake through the hearts of all who love music and celebrating life.

On June 7th, he would've turned just 58, roughly the same number of instruments he shredded. Join myself and Dina Ivas for an all-out night of purple pandemonium as we lament the Artist who bypassed all labels, and truly liberated our bodies and souls.

When: Friday, June 3rd 8:30pm 'til when doves cry

 What: 1-hour of fun, flow-y yoga open to all (beginners welcome!) followed by our favorite purple libation...wine!

We are a few days away from Yoga House Party v. 4.0. We did the rave thing, took a trip back to the 1980s and flowed with Boy Bands and Pop Stars. This Friday we get fabulous and extravagant with our tribute to Glam Rock.

Last night, there was yoga, dancing and feel good vibes at Workout Factory in Long Island City. House Party 3.0 jumped off with a gang of yogis flowing on and off their mats with classic tracks as the backdrop to a night of asana action. 

Special shout out to my co-host for the evening, Dina Ivas, who made everyone "roar" and delivered another memorable sequence to get everyones appetite primed for post-yoga libations. Big thank you to Giuseppe for the vino and Jim Catapano from Yoga City NYC for covering the event. The biggest hugs and grandest thanks from Dina & myself go to the crew that showed up to get DIRTY with us on their mats. To everyone who came through... MUCH LOVE FROM US, TO YOU!
