When we move through our sun salutations, move into our spines with twists and invigorate with our backbends, have a heightened sense of your pranayama to enhance not only the range of your shapes, but bring an awakening and rebirth as we blossom into the Spring season. A powerful & disciplined breathing practice during our pose work lets us cleanse away the winter’s density and begin to lighten up.
Also, our voices and words hold great power. The throat chakra connects to the air element, which brings in a lightness to combat the Winter's heavy qualities. So inviting more affirmations and mantras to bring a connection and confidence into the revival season. Renew your energy with powerful expressions to help set a tone, inspire and get you into a positive rhythm daily. Try chanting for 3 minutes or repeating phrases or mantra to yourself at the start of a movement session, or as you catch yourself in the mirror day-to-day.
Polish your luminous body and mind by revamping not just your yoga poses, but yourself, with innovative practices that renew body, mind, and spirit.
