 Last night ended my run at Anthea Yoga & Healing Arts Center. Not only was teaching there an amazing experience, but a great learning process and a incredible opportunity to develop in every imaginable way.
I truly thank all the yogis that walked through those doors and shared their practice with me. You confided in me to guide you through your moving meditation and we explored together with great awareness and a sensibility for fun. I wish all the yogis that practice there complete prosperity. A big thank you to Sylvia and Laz for having such a beautiful intimate space and trusting me -- giving a new yoga teacher with little experience a chance at leading classes there. Not only will that never be forgotten, but it will always be cherished and forever rooted in me. I'm not saying goodbye to any of you… you are all a part of me. I'm just saying hello to another chapter in this life of mine. Namaste  DJ Shisaa & Dina Ivas will join forces with me to bring you a yoga house party. What's up, Yogis?
