FREE EVENTS: Yoga in the Park has begun!

Hello Yogis,

This weekend, we kickoff our Yoga in the park series sponsored by Lululemon and The Yoga Room in conjunction with Hunters Point Park Conservancy. YES 'tis the season for FREE Yoga classes outdoors! 

Here are the dates I'll be teaching:
‪June 8th ‬
‪June 15th ‬
‪August 17th‬
‪August 24th ‬
‪August 31st ‬(final event of the season -- we do it big!)

WHERE? Hunters Point Park in Long Island City: @licwaterfront.  We will be overlooking the NYC skyline and East River. (click on the highlighted link for directions). We will have flags out for easy finding (the picture above is exact location of park space used during classes).

WHAT TIME? We start promptly at 10am and we'll flow for an hour.

Additional info: Bring your own mat... there's a cafe nearby, COFFEED. Bring a friend or ten (beginner friendly Yoga - a great way to introduce a loved one to the practice), comfortable clothes and enjoy the breathtaking scenery as we take advantage of the beautiful weather and take our yoga practice outdoors!
