Added Weekly Class to the Schedule: The Yoga ROOM (LIC)

More classes at The Yoga Room you asked?

Well, here you go… starting November 30th, I'll be leading the Hot Vinyasa community class every Sunday, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. For only $10, you can swing on in and get an hour of asana action, or use your active class card to check in and roll your mat out.

So start your weekend right and then put the finishing touches to it at TYR in Long Island City. Every Friday, you get to flow with me at 7 am for an hour of hot vinyasa -- invigorating morning classes set-up the day perfectly. Then every Sunday evening, cap-off your weekend action with my newly added class. 

I also will be teaching on Thanksgiving, November 27 - Hot Yoga Flow - at TYR in LIC (11:00 am to 12:00 pm).
