What's going on Ohmies?

This Saturday, August 26, I'll be leading my last FREE YOGA class outdoors of the Summer.

It's hosted by Lululemon and The Yoga Room. The location? Hunters Point Park in Long Island City: @licwaterfront.  We will be overlooking the NYC skyline and East River. Class starts promptly at 10am and we'll flow for an hour. 

It's bring your own mat... there's a cafe nearby, COFFEED and rumor has it, we may stick around afterwards and chill. Hope to see you!
