Sunday is now fun-day! Starting December 7th, I'll be leading a morning Hot Vinyasa class at The Yoga Room in Long Island City. This update comes on the eve of announcing my new weekly class every Sunday at 5:30 pm at that same beautiful space.

So here's the rundown:
Every Friday at 6:45 am: Hot Vinyasa (new time). Sunday mornings... 9 am: Hot Vinyasa (one hour). We close the weekend, Sunday nights: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Hot Vinyasa.
