In our on-going evolution of the platform, we'll be adding a "Yoga Sculpt" class starting next week with Karen Hyland.
Yoga Sculpt is an all levels vinyasa practice combined with light weights and resistance training.
High intensity cardio bursts to get your blood flowing and invigorated are featured in the class.
Expect to breathe, move, flow, and build strength in this hour long session that leaves no muscle untouched! (Don't worry if you don't have weights -- Plenty of options for those without equipment)
Our first YOGA Sculpt class will be Tuesday, December 1st at 12:00 pm.
