What's up, Ohmies?  

Hope everyone had a happy and safe 4th of July. The spirit of Summer in the city continues on Sunday, July 16th at Gantry State Park. Brought to you by The Yoga Room, yours truly will be leading a one-hour vinyasa class beginning at 10:00am. Bring your own mat, a few loved ones and  your appetite for asana. 

Located in Long Island City, overlooking the East River, Gantry State Park is the perfect location to savor the sights of The Big Apple in tree pose and recalibrate your body and mind  in savasana while laying on the pier.  Hope to see you there!
