I'm proud to announce that our growing virtual studio has expanded with our second teacher addition: Karen Hyland (official site HERE) (Instagram: HERE).

In my effort to give you the best virtual yoga experience, we now have a roster that includes Dina Ivas, myself and now Karen H.
