Landing on Earth!

Big news on the teaching front... guess who landed on Earth?

Starting next week, September 2, I'll have a weekly class at Earth Yoga NYC!

Every Tuesday from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm, we'll be rocking a  Hot Power Flow at the beautiful space located at 328 East 61st street.

Check out the schedule section of my website to know when and where I'll be teaching. This Saturday at 10 am, I'll be at Earth leading their 75-minute hot vinyasa class and a lunch-time hour of power on September 3rd.  September 6th, we'll revisit the morning flow as well.
