Hello Yogis,

I'm a firm believer that once you start a dedicated yoga practice, your ability to be introspective and respond to stimulus that would irritate & get you to a maddening state is now met with a calmer approach and tactically, more fitting to living a life of less tension and diminishing extremes. 

Yoga is a light. And it radiates to others in how you communicate, you carry yourself and how you respond to situations. 

We need to share this light. Make sure you illuminate others and you invite people into your light instead of trying to hide that shine that is bright!

The physical practice is surely a key in hooking you and reeling you in. The FEEL GOOD vibes and satisfying aura you develop when moving with control and breathing with composure is what keeps you coming back to your mat! Turn your flame into a raging fire that warms everyone you communicate with during these times of quarantine!
