As we continue our efforts to bring you the best mind/body virtual experience, we are fabulously hyped to announce that Tanya Mgrdechian (Instagram HERE) will be joining the roster of teachers on our platform.
This community has been incredibly supportive and with the overwhelming growth we've had since March in creating the most reliable and best delivery system of all things Yoga, we are now ready to dive into the Pilates world.
Tanya is a powerful presence in the fitness community and has been a collaborator with me all Summer with our yoga/pilates events. Expect a lot of core work, your glutes to get fierce and total body toning and stretching in her 45-minute sessions.
Thera-bands, blocks, a magic circle & straps can be used to enhance and align your pilates work. Tanya will offer expert modifications and guide you through masterful sequence to strengthen your abdominal muscles, enhance your posture and improve your sense of well-being.
Beginners to this discipline are welcomed and taking on this new exercise is a great way to complement your yoga practice.
Tanya's first class will be Thursday October 29th at 5:30pm (45 minutes) -- immediately followed by Yoga.
