Creating moments of mindfulness for yourself can be a game-changing, life altering practice that will enrich your life and loved ones around you. You can be the conductor of your own symphony. Even the best pianist/violinist/guitarist in the world will tune their instrument before playing. The instrument must be made ready. This is what happens with your awareness when you meditate, practice yoga or take a few conscious breaths before starting a new day – you are tuning in, you are anchoring yourself in the present moment.
The 30, 40, 60 minutes you take to nourish yourself will help bring you happier moments, more healthier interactions and fruitful relationships.
