It's been an amazing few weeks in NYC... and we've taken our practice outdoors with fun and soul soothing Yoga classes in Astoria Park and L.I.C's Hunter's Point Park. We'll have scheduled outdoor classes with other teachers very soon and continue to have loads of options for you virtually -- 18 offerings for this week's at home delivery.

Practicing outdoors and having the sun beaming on us arouses, awakens and lifts our spirits.
